Announcing Healthvis!

Healthvis is a new R package for making interactive figures in just one line of code! Since these figures are hosted online, you can easily link them or embed them into a website to share with colleagues.

Here are some of the figures you can make using healthvis:

Grouped survival comparison

Multinomial Regression Predicted Probabilities (icon array)

Sortable Heatmap

Accuracy Table (sensitivity/specificity)

    this is great.. thank you. would you mind providing a little more information on the sort of data.frame data that’s valid in heatmapVis? I’m getting all black squares when i try with other data. thanks. A
